You can enter your questions in any of the "description" areas of the Order Inquiry Form. There is no obligation on your part when you fill out the form and I promise not to share your personal information with anyone. The form serves as a place to start in understanding your wishes. To create a piece of custom furniture, there is a process. The process begins with a dialog which culminates into an understanding of what you would like me to build. Once I understand what you would like, we agree on the design and price. A 50% deposit is required to begin the construction. Completion of your custom furniture is dependent on the complexity of the piece and my work schedule - usually about 8 weeks. When it is complete, I will notify you and arrange delivery. The remainder of the payment due is required at delivery. I serve mostly in Northeastern Ohio since I am located in Massillon, Ohio. However, I can build a piece of furniture and ship it to wherever you are located. |
